Don't Sweat It, It's Okay...

...to have spent the last 48 hours in a "beach hangover" 

...that it took several nasty comments to myself to get out of bed for spin this morning (i.e. get up, you lazy piece of...)

...to eat ice cream out of the container

...to not open your planner for two weeks over the summer

...to spend the entire day catching up on emails that you've been avoiding

...to not be able to truly start your day until you make a to-do list

...that one cup of coffee is never enough

...to have not written a blog post yesterday and instead choose to lay in bed and watch Law and Order: SVU

...to watch the same BBC miniseries over and over again

...to get more ScoreCenter updates than texts

...that Snapchatting in public is no longer a source of embarrassment

If you've ever read Glamour, you've probably read the "Hey, It's OK..." list that inspired this post. For someone who can be as stressed as myself, these lists could go on and on. Sometimes it is nice to take a moment to realize that all those little things are totally okay and happen to all of us.
