I tend to go in bursts of being totally into running where I find it super easy to keep motivated and then suddenly I hit a lull that lasts weeks (usually months, let's be honest). <br><br>The last few weeks I've been maintaining a running and toning exercise schedule that seems to be working with my lifestyle.
